The owners, Patrick and Paul, approached us during the COVID-19 pandemic in October-November 2020. With their bar relying heavily on word-of-mouth and foot traffic, they wanted to improve their online presence – particularly their outdated website, to attract more customers, especially tourists.

Goals & challenges

Our main objective was to create a new website that accurately represented the bar’s history and offerings. We aimed to enhance their online visibility and rankings, particularly for keywords like “Gastropub in Dublin City Center” and “pub in Dublin City Centre”. With so many Irish Pubs around and so many tourists searching daily for the best one to have a pint and a bite at, the challenge was to overcome the intense competition in the ndustry and appeal to these potential customers through effective SEO strategies for bars.
