At The Roadmap, we’re a fast-growing, creative marketing agency helping Irish businesses thrive online. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project & Client Manager to lead projects, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless execution across our marketing and development teams.

This role is ideal for someone with experience managing projects and client relationships in the Irish market who is currently based in Madrid and looking for a hybrid work environment.

What You’ll Do:

Manage client relationships—you’ll be the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and strong partnerships.
Lead and coordinate projects across marketing, design, and development teams.
Oversee timelines, budgets, and priorities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.
Use Monday.com to manage workflows, assign tasks, and track progress.
Proactively solve problems to keep projects moving efficiently.
Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client goals.

What You Bring to the Table:

Strong leadership experience—you’ve managed teams and successfully delivered projects.
Proven client management skills—you excel at building trust and long-term relationships.
Expertise in project management tools (Monday.com)
Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple projects at once.
Excellent communication skills, both with clients and internal teams.
Understanding of the Irish market—experience working with Irish businesses is a strong advantage.
