The Role:
We’re looking for motivated, hard working people who want to work fully remotely with our team. You’ll be working with the sales and marketing teams in a sales development role (SDR). We’re a vibrant team from all over working together online for mostly Irish small businesses, for now.
You must have at least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales.
You’ll be focusing on the Irish market, so being situated in a similar time sone is preferred. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to grow into an Account Executive role in a fast-growing, fully remote company.
Your main goal? Booking consultations for our senior sales team with prospective clients. With strong bonuses and commissions, this role is both rewarding and well-compensated.
Your day will involve outbound calls to luke warm, warm and cold leads, diligent CRM use, and collaboration with our marketing team to streamline your efforts.
The Roadmap is a full-service marketing agency with over 250 clients. We’re committed to driving ROI for our clients and supporting small businesses online and offline. Our internal tools empower our sales team to showcase real results, helping us grow rapidly in just a few years.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with an energetic team and learn a lot about digital marketing, sales and working remote.
- Reach out to all leads using our easy to follow strategy with the goal of setting up consultations for the senior sales team
- Reach out to them via phone, email to book meetings with potential clients
- Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecasts.
- Be diligent in documenting activities in our CRM
- Be consistent with following up until meetings are set.
- Learn and develop into the role of being a senior sales executive or team leader. There is lots of room for growth within our fast growing team.
What You Should Have:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Fluent in English
- Strong work ethic, consistent and positive attitude
- Being a great communicator
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Be diligent, and have a genuine interest in helping small businesses with something that improves their business (and the knock on effects that has)
- Proficient in using a sales CRM (or be a quick learner)
- A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
