Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on marketing intern who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and learn by doing, right from day one. This is a paid internship where you’ll support experienced marketing specialists across real projects for real businesses.

You’ll be based full time in our Madrid office, joining a fast-moving, Irish-led team that thrives on collaboration, initiative and results. From day one, you’ll gain real industry experience across multiple areas of marketing, not just theoretical tasks. Past interns and junior hires often tell us that the practical exposure they get here gives them a clearer, faster understanding of how real marketing works than university alone.

What You'll Be Doing / Learning:

Supporting experienced SEO leads, ad specialists, content creators, account managers and recruitment leads
Helping build reports that prove client investment is working, from traffic gains to conversions, using data to tell a clear, strategic story
Contributing to internal projects: email marketing, recruitment, reporting and social media
Getting involved in SEO research, keyword planning, site audits and campaign reviews, and learning how strategy informs every move
Analysing performance data to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to improve
Learning how the team builds websites, runs ads, grows client revenue and solves real business problems
Attending internal meetings and client reviews to see the full impact of great marketing in action
Bringing fresh ideas to the table, and being trusted to test them
