About the Role:

We’re hiring a Client Engagement & Account Manager who can confidently manage multiple client relationships while coordinating work across internal specialists.

You will not be doing SEO, ads, or design yourself. You will be expected to understand how these disciplines work together, spot risks early, and keep clients informed, calm, and confident.

This is a delivery-facing role with real responsibility. It rewards structure, clarity, and ownership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own day-to-day client relationships across multiple accounts
  • Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident at all times
  • Coordinate delivery with SEO, content, design, development, ads, and video teams
  • Translate client goals into clear internal actions and priorities
  • Handle tough or uncomfortable client conversations when needed
  • Track progress, risks, and KPIs. Escalate early, not late
  • Support leadership with reporting, insights, and proactive problem-solving
  • Improve client communication systems, templates, and workflows

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years’ experience managing multiple clients at the same time (agency or SaaS preferred)
  • Comfortable being accountable for client relationships end-to-end
  • Experience with marketing or advertising teams is a plus but not required. You’ve worked with SEO, social, content, design, or paid teams before and understand the basics
  • You don’t need to execute marketing work, but you know what questions to ask and when something feels off
  • Confident, clear communicator who follows through
  • Positive energy without being fluffy. Calm under pressure
  • Comfortable coordinating people and timelines. Light operational or project experience helps
  • Fluent professional English. Irish and UK client experience is a big plus
