Graphic Designer Internship at The Roadmap

Overview:

We’re looking for a creative, motivated design intern who’s ready to learn fast, build real skills, and become part of a growing team. You’ll be joining a department already producing work across web, social, and campaigns, and this internship is your chance to work on real projects with guidance from designers who’ve been doing this for years.

From social content and landing pages to brand assets and campaign visuals, design touches almost everything we do for clients. This role gives you the chance to be part of that process, with creative freedom, support, and structure.

What You'll Be Doing / Learning:

Designing assets across social media, website pages, and marketing campaigns
Learning how to follow structured briefs and work within design systems
Understanding layout, hierarchy, and typography fundamentals in a commercial context
Collaborating with the design, content, and account teams on real client projects
Using tools including AI to speed up iteration and improve output
Gaining insight into how design decisions connect to client goals and results
