We’re looking for an AI & Data Intelligence Specialist to help us connect the dots — across leads, trends, client behaviour, and internal systems. This is a hybrid role, based in Madrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote), and will play a key part in helping our sales, marketing, and leadership teams work faster, smarter, and more strategically.
This role is perfect for someone who loves research, pattern recognition, AI tools, and deep work. You don’t need to be a communicator or strategist — but you do need to be obsessed with structure, curious about tech, and excited to make systems better for everyone around you.
