Business Development Representative (BDR) – European Markets (Ireland, UK, Nordics)
Location: Madrid (Hybrid)
Market: Ireland, UK, or Nordics (primary focus based on fit)
You’ll be responsible for starting conversations with business owners and turning them into qualified opportunities across one of our core markets: Ireland, the UK, or the Nordics.
This is structured, multi-channel outbound. You’ll use LinkedIn, email and phone to reach the right companies, ask the right questions, and book high-quality consultations using real case studies and performance data.
You are not here to send generic messages or follow scripts. You are here to think, qualify properly, and represent the company at a high standard.
Work Pattern:
- Initial: 5 days in the office
- After progression: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
- Madrid-based is required
What You’ll Do:
- Run outbound outreach using:
○ LinkedIn Sales Navigator
○ Email
○ Phone calls (Aircall)
- Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Conduct short qualification conversations (≈10 minutes), by phone or Zoom
- Use approved case studies, checkup reports, and performance examples in conversations
- Book qualified meetings for senior sales and ensure strong show rates
- Join selected calls for warm introductions or higher-tier opportunities
- Keep notes, follow-ups, and lead status accurate in Monday.com
- Hit daily and monthly activity and outcome targets
- Give structured feedback to sales and marketing on messaging, assets, and lead quality

- You handle rejection without dropping standards
- You take feedback and apply it quickly
How the Role Evolves:
You start with qualification and booking.
As you progress:
- You join and support higher-tier calls
- You begin running lower-tier consultations
- You move into Senior BDR, then Account Executive
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years in B2B sales / SDR / BDR Or early-career candidates who learn fast and communicate well
- Fluent English with clear, confident communication
- Comfortable speaking with business owners
- Organised and consistent with follow-ups
- Resilient under rejection
- Comfortable using AI tools for outreach and prep
Nice to have:
- Experience with Ireland, UK, or Nordic markets
- Additional European languages

Compensation:
- Base salary: €1,400–€2,000 gross per month
- Uncapped commission
- Clear progression into higher-earning roles
Progression:
- BDR → Senior BDR (~3 months for strong performers)
- Senior BDR → Account Executive (3–6 months)
Most people who perform well move within 9–12 months.
