The Role:
Location: Madrid (Hybrid)
Leads: Qualified inbound, outbound, and referral opportunities
You’ll be responsible for running consultations with business owners, understanding their current situation, and converting qualified opportunities into long-term clients.
This is not a high-pressure, pushy sales role. It’s structured, consultative selling. You’ll be working with pre-qualified leads, using real data, case studies, and performance insights to guide conversations.
Your job is to understand the problem clearly, explain the solution properly, and close when it makes sense.
Work Pattern
- Initial: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
- After progression: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
- Madrid-based is required
What You’ll Do
- Run 20–30 minute consultations with business owners
- Analyse each business using structured checkups and performance data
- Explain findings clearly (website, SEO, ads, conversion, positioning)
- Present solutions based on real examples and case studies
- Close deals where there is a clear fit
- Handle objections calmly and logically, not aggressively
- Follow up with leads using structured communication
- Keep CRM (Monday.com) fully updated and accurate
- Work closely with BDRs on lead quality and feedback
- Provide insights to improve messaging, offers, and sales flow

What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years in sales, closing, or client-facing roles
- Experience in consultative sales is a strong advantage
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Clear, confident communication without being aggressive
- Ability to understand business problems quickly
- Organised and consistent with follow-ups
- Strong ownership and accountability
Nice to have: - Experience in marketing, SEO, ads, or websites
- Experience working with SMEs

Compensation
- Base salary: €1,800–€3,000 gross per month (experience-dependent)
- Uncapped commission
- Clear earning growth as deal size and performance increase
Progression
- Account Executive → Senior Account Executive
- Potential move into Sales Leadership or Strategy roles
Most strong performers grow significantly within 6–12 months.
