- A bright Madrid office with access to a sunny rooftop terrace.
- Structured onboarding and practical sales training.
- Regular coaching, call reviews and support during your development.
- Remote flexibility may be considered once training is complete and performance is consistent.
- Clear progression based on results, consistency and readiness for greater responsibility.
How the Role Evolves
You’ll begin by running structured consultations with support and feedback.
As your performance develops, you’ll take ownership of larger opportunities and higher-value deals. You can then progress from Account Executive to Senior Account Executive, with longer-term opportunities in sales leadership or strategy.
Progression is earned through results, consistency and how you operate.
