Overview:

Are you a highly organized, solution-oriented leader with a knack for setting and achieving goals? Are you experienced in managing tech or marketing teams, refining processes, and fostering seamless communication? The Roadmap is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to drive our operations forward, ensuring smooth workflow, goal achievement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Goal Setting & Achievement: Set clear goals for the team, devise strategies to reach them, and monitor progress toward achieving them.
Communication & Collaboration: Foster seamless communication between teams and clients. Ensure regular meetings, emails, and reports are delivered on time.
Process Improvement: Regularly reflect on existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes. Monitor their effectiveness, ensuring continuous feedback and progress.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships effectively, track data, and ensure smooth workflow.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the team, fostering a positive and optimistic attitude, while maintaining realistic expectations.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven track record in a managerial role or as a senior team member, preferably in a tech or marketing company.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with an obsession for detail. Problem-solving prowess and a strategic mindset.
CRM: Proficiency in CRM software is essential.
Personal Attributes: Strong-minded, spirited, and charismatic, with a decisive and assertive approach. Accountable, responsible, and able to take initiative to spot areas for improvement, develop strategies, and monitor their success.
