The Role:
Are you a motivated and experienced B2B sales professional looking to join a dynamic and growing marketing agency? Do you have a passion for connecting with clients and driving sales through effective communication and strategy? The Roadmap is seeking a remote Account Executive to join our international team and contribute to our success primarily in the Irish market but soon to be in other English speaking countries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement: Handle warm to hot leads, book meetings with prospective clients, and respond to inbound leads and contact requests from marketing channels.
- Consultation Setup: Reach out to leads using our proven strategies to set up consultations and attend consultations scheduled by junior sales team members.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with our marketing team to engage with over 250 existing clients and maintain robust communication.
- Sales and Marketing Alignment: Work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive strategy.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, document all activities in our CRM, and manage data efficiently.
- Persistent Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to secure meetings with potential clients and meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Professional Growth: Learn and develop into the role of a sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales with a successful track record.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of digital marketing, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas, a genuine passion for client success, and the ability to consistently meet targets.
- Language: Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
